Why should I use Afterpay?

Afterpay is all about convenience. Your order gets shipped as usual, and you pay fortnightly over 8 weeks.

You can use it for all orders over $50 and there is NO interest or added fees! Totally winning.

How do I use Afterpay?

To be eligible to use Afterpay, you must complete the following criteria:
  • Have a debit/credit card
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • And live in Australia
Sound like you? Select Afterpay as your payment method on the checkout page, and enter your details with Afterpay when you are done. Simple!


The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay and they will instantly approve payments at the time of order. For first time Afterpay customers the first payment will be charged at the time of purchase.

Existing Afterpay customers' first payment will be charged 14 days from the date of purchase. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at the time of purchase. Should you need to return your items, and your items are faulty, you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay and we can cancel the payment plan. Items that are returned for change of mind are eligible for a store credit only.

If you fail to make a payment Afterpay will charge you a late payment fee of $10 and an incremental $7 late fee for each week the order is overdue.

Please note, when you order with Afterpay you will need 25% of the order total in your account when you make an application. If you do not have the funds in your account Afterpay will decline this order. We recommend ordering on pay day just to be sure!

Humm is simply the easier way to pay. You can shop online or instore at any Humm retail partner and they will spread the cost of your purchase over 8 weekly or 4 fortnightly payments. It’s just that little bit extra breathing space to make buying easier.

Who can use Humm?

Humm is available to all people who fit the following criteria:

  • Live in Australia
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
  • Have an Australia credit card

How do I use Humm?

When shopping online you just simply need to select Oxipay during the checkout process. 

What does it cost to use Humm?

Humm does not charge you fees for making a purchase and making payments on time. If you do not make your payments on time late payment fees may apply.

When are my payments processed?

The payments on your Humm purchase are outlined in your consumer portal area as well as on your purchase confirmation email. All payments will be debited on the dates specified unless the payment is due on a day that is not a business day. 

What happens if I cannot make a payment?

Can I make additional payments or pay off my purchase earlier?

You certainly can. Humm charges no fees to complete your purchase payments early. If you would like to do this please contact the friendly support team via our support page or call 1800 895 791.

What if I want to return the goods I have purchased?

You will need to contact the retailer who will handle returns in accordance with their policy. If a return is accepted we will refund what you’ve paid us and cancel any future payments. We’ll do this as soon as we can, but the process can take time.

Who do I contact about refunds?

You will need to contact the retailer who will handle refunds in accordance with their policy. If a refund is required in accordance with the retailer’s policy or by law, and we are told by the retailer to do so, we’ll refund what you’ve paid us and cancel any future payments. If you have problems with a retailer about a refund or anything else, contact Humm via their support page or call on 1800 895 791. 

I haven’t received my purchase?

If you do not receive the goods you have purchased please contact the retailer where you purchased your goods from. If you are experiencing problems please contact us via our support page or by calling the support team 1800 895 791.

How do I close my account?

You can close your account by contacting us via our support page. Please note that all outstanding amounts will need to be paid in full before you can close your account.
